Shipping policy

The cost of shipping varies due to customers location. Personal request or Modification to product will take longer than usual to ship, therefore email customer service at jirrathreads@gmail.com for any updates on product and shipping status.

The Customer is responsible for shipping returned products. If product is approved we will cover all shipping cost for new order of the same product that was returned. 

It takes 1-4 Business days to process order. After that order will be fulfilled at JÎRRA distribution center and then ship to the customer. 

Shipping rates may change due to market.
